For the last week its been in the 70’s near 80 and sunny. Water temp is still cold but will warm up fast with the weather the way it’s been. Frank Hanson group is catching lots of trout trolling small cranks. Franks been here 6 times and yesterday he got off the plane and in just the afternoon had the best fishing he’s ever had for trout. Temps are supposed to stay warm but rain is coming in a couple days that definitely is not needed. Water is just starting to go down a little but has a long way to go. A group is flying in for the day to trout fish from Amasons Obabikon Bay on lake of the woods. Jake, I and Eric will all be guiding. Jared Amason has been sending a group every spring for the last 4 years to get into some trout that they cant get on LOW. Jake and I have been to his island and if you’re looking for big musky in July, theirs is the place to be. Take George as a guide!
